How you eat determines the quality of your energy. Food both creates your body and serves as your fuel. The way you choose your food, the way you prepare it, the intention and feeling that goes into cooking and how you chose to eat. All these factors play a huge role in how your food really feeds your body.

Cook with me is an ongoing series of workshops with a focus on learning how to create simple and delicious food. Inspired by my time in both professional and ashram kitchens, my intention is to share ideas on how to prepare tasty nourishing dishes that are full of energy and flavour.

Recipes use local and seasonal ingredients, familiar spices and herbs, vegetables, breads and other essentials from your cupboard. Keeping you delightfully well fed and inspired throughout the year.

I will show you how to prepare some of my favourite dishes from around the world, offering guidance on cooking and serving techniques along with ancient Ayurvedic practises to help you love your food and live with greater vitality. The food we make is shared over lunch or dinner together.
